REKRILL® is a 100% bio-based polymer developed and produced in Italy by KRILLMAT and certified OK biobased by TÜV Austria.

The range of colors for REKRILL® materials is achieved through the use of masterbatches based on controlled raw materials, selected for their low environmental impact and to meet increasingly stringent sustainability requirements, offering the customer extensive freedom of customization.

RESEARCH, EXPERIMENTATION AND DEVELOPMENT
The value of our polymer stems from the integration of research activities and industrial production. Each bio-material is developed and validated through a controlled process that guarantees quality and repeatability.
The production process is fully integrated and ensures full traceability of raw materials. Through three patented phases (micronization, drying, and compounding), agri-food by-products are transformed into biopolymers ready for industrial-scale production.
With a production capacity of 4,000 tons per year, KRILLMAT creates materials designed to ensure production continuity and reliable performance.
In the Krill Lab, our biopolymer is designed through material research and chemical and mechanical testing, with engineering of mechanical and functional properties.
Starting from selected organic residues, we develop customized biopolymers for specific industrial applications, verifying performance and processability before production.
Our products are compatible with the main plastic transformation technologies.
Our materials find application in numerous production sectors. Each formulation is developed to meet the technical requirements of different industrial chains.
