Together with Venchi, we transformed an iconic chocolate ingredient into an innovative material, creating a bridge between food and sustainable design.
The project originates from hazelnuts, the heart of Venchi’s production, reinterpreted not only as an ingredient but as a material resource. Thanks to REKRILL®, our circular biopolymer, the natural origin of the project is not lost but transformed into a new concrete application.
The material was developed into bracelets, designed to offer a genuine consumer experience rather than an abstract concept. These bracelets were included as surprises inside Venchi Easter eggs, integrating into people’s everyday lives.
What makes this project truly significant is its continuity: the same material passes through different stages—from food to material, from material to product—always maintaining a clear connection to its origin.
A concrete example of how circularity can translate into tangible products that people can see, use, and keep, making sustainability something experiential and accessible.
