REKRILL® WINE comes to life from this circular process, a biopolymer with a unique aesthetic character, defined precisely by the peculiarities of its raw material. Like all bio-based polymers, REKRILL® can be processed with all production technologies without any modification to the plants.
The combination of distinctive visual performance and technical performance makes REKRILL® WINE an extremely versatile material, ideal for applications ranging from packaging to product design, from fashion to food & beverage.

We receive the pomace from the main agri food wine supply chains. An agri food residue that has reached the end of its life cycle and finds new life in our production processes.
Our drying-grinding plant pulverizes the original residue and removes moisture, creating a powder (called filler) of organic base ready to be used.
Through a patented process, in a compounder we mix and heat bio bases, fillers and any other components such as dyes (where you want to change the color from the original one of the filler to a desired color), also all natural and organic. The resulting mixture is then extruded into a filament and from this the REKRILL® minipellets.
