The pressing residues are received from production chains of mainly Sicilian origin, recovering and giving new life to a by-product that would otherwise no longer be usable.
Our drying-grinding plant pulverizes the original residue and removes moisture, creating a powder (called filler) of organic base ready to be used.
Through a patented process, in a compounder we mix and heat bio bases, fillers and any other components such as dyes (where you want to change the color from the original one of the filler to a desired color), also all natural and organic. The resulting mixture is then extruded into a filament and from this the REKRILL® minipellets.
