At our industrial plant, we transform by-products into valuable biomass through an internal process of micronisation, drying and sterilisation, enhancing their quality and performance.
This is followed by compounding, the phase in which our tailor-made formulations combine natural fibres obtained from by-products to create 100% bio-based polymers.
This results in regenerative pellets ready to be transformed into innovative and circular products. The entire process is integrated at our headquarters in the Milan hinterland: from biomass processing to final packaging. The in house process allows us to guarantee operational efficiency, flexibility, production capacity and total quality control, even for large volumes or special productions on request. Each step is calibrated to offer consistent performance and total traceability, from the by-product to the biopolymer to the finished object.
